It has been officially announced that Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry will be coming to U.S. theaters, along with 15 other countries not including Japan. Other countries include the UK, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Thailand, France, and nine Central/South American countries. The film opens in Japan on May 6th.
The cast will remain the same as the anime for all returning characters. The cast for new characters is as follows:
Makoto Furukawa as King Animus, the king of Stella Kingdom
Aoi Yuuki as aide to King Animus
Jiro Saito as Zash Caine, the Minister of the State of Stella Kingdom
